I just wanted to tell you how impressed my family and i are with your
excellent service. We needed to have both our sons and their families
picked up at the airport and brought to the condo we were renting in
Destin and the reverse trip a few days later. On both inbound and
outbound trips the drivers were prompt, courteous, friendly, and made
a nice neat, clean appearance. It was so refreshing to get this kind
of service. I would highly recommend your company. You should give
courses around the country to other van services on \"how to do the
job correctly\"! Thanks again for your wonderful service.

Dear Sunshine Shuttle,
Sunshine Shuttle, THANK YOU for the outstanding customer service you
provided to Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance for our Sportsman's
Holiday trip! I've heard nothing but positive comments about the
service you provided to our agents that were able to utilize your
service for transportation from the airport to the Sandestin Golf &
Beach Resort.
I want to especially thank Donovan for the customer service he
provided on our site visit to see and learn about Sandestin prior to
our group's trip. Donovan provided us with great information about
Sandestin and activities/places to encourage our group to see/attend.
He made us feel very comfortable, which is why I asked specifically
for him to pick up my Senior Vice President and myself when we landed
for the actual trip. I cannot say enough good things about Donovan -
he's top notch and is a keeper! Thanks Donovan!
If we're ever in Sandestin again, we'll be refering your services
to our group! We would be more than happy to do business with
Sunshine Shuttle in the future!

This is a little late in coming but well deserved! You did a fantastic job of making my daughter's birthday unforgettable. The driver that you sent (his name I cannot remember, sorry!) went above and beyond to make her friends and her feel so comfortable and relaxed on her night. He also had their safety in mind which I sincerely appreciated. They had a blast! Thank you so much. If we are ever in the need again while visiting the Destin area, you will be the first and only company we call.

Just wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic experience using
your service. I am sorry that I forgot the name of your manager that
picked my family and I up from Grayton Beach on Saturday ( 29th) - but
he drives the lincoln town car and he was a true pleasure to meet. We
really enjoyed his hospitality and the conversations. Quality
employees that take an active part in the company make all the
difference. We are definite believers in Sunshine Shuttle and plan
on exclusively recommending your service to all of our friends
traveling to your wonderful area.

Hi, John
When I spoke with Elisa today, she said that you were still doing
the shuttles for the hotel. I was so happy to hear that. You did such an
excellent job for us back in 2005 when you were just starting out! I
really look forward to working with you once again.
I just wanted to alert you that we are once again coming to the Hilton
Sandestin for our conference. It will be May 17th thur May 20th of this
year. There will be around 150 people attending. There will be some
pick-ups the Sat. and Sun before the meeting and a few after the meeting,
but the bulk will be on the 17th and then the return on the 20th. The
majority of people will be coming into Ft. Walton, but I am sure there
will
be a few coming into Pensacola as well.
Sounds like everything has been well for you! Anxious to work with you again.

My wife and I have been together for six years, and of those we have been separated for the last five. Our military careers have kept us from enjoying almost every holiday and special occasion together. This past weekend was the first exception in that her birthday fell on a long weekend for us and allowed me to plan a suprise trip back to Destin/Fort Walton where we first met. I had wanted her to be completely free of obligation to plan, arrange, or schedule anything and wanted on her birthday weekend (the first b-day I have ever gotten to be with her) for her to be completely catered to. Everything was arranged except one major detail. The Limo. I tried every service in Destin area, yellowbook.com, and google had to offer. I contacted so many others only to be let down by their inability to accomodate and appreciate what I wanted for my wife. They truly made me feel as though I was more of an inconvenience to THEM rather than provide a service. As time began to run out before the big weekend, I desperately needed a way for her to get to our hotel without having her be responsible for picking up a rental car. I was on the verge of scheduling a shuttle van, not a very great way of impressing the woman you love. In my last desperate attempt to make things special, I found Sunshine Shuttle\'s website and made the call. I spoke with Mr. John Finch and hesitantly told him the story and my requests, expecting a response similar to the other companies. Much to my suprise, Mr. Finch seemed just as excited to take part in the planning process in that he even made suggestions as to alternate places to go while staying in Destin. I wanted my wife to be picked up by a Sedan at the airport, she got picked up in a limo. I wanted to have flowers waiting for her when she got to Florida before I was able to arrive...Mr. Finch had them picked up and in the car when she arrived. I couldnt have asked for that first day to be started off any other way. I owe a massive thanks for Mr. Finch and his team for arranging and following through. I also would like to single out the driver for both the airport pick-up and her birthday rides. Donovan, arrived at the airport to pick her up only to find out her flight was delayed for more than an hour. He called me to let me know, and assured me that no matter what time she got in, he would be there waiting. He again accommodated on her birthday when he came to pick us up and I had changed the plans for that evening completely. His response was simply \"No problem.\" Instead of just driving us to dinner, he dropped us off and even went to pick up friends of ours staying all the way in Shalimar, and brought them to where we would later meet in Destin. He also took them back home after the evening was complete.
I cannot express my appreciation to Mr. Finch or Donovan in words. Their help alone made this entire thing work out and forever leave the memory for my wife and I, that our first time together in FIVE YEARS was incredible! Thank you, even though the phrase seems minuscule in this case, for everything!

I wanted to take a moment to thank your for the outstanding service you and your company provided us with during the mtvU Spring Break event in Panama City Beach this year.
As crazy as out production days become with everything from flights being rerouted from Panama City to Tallahassee, our talent suddenly wanting to be brought to random locations, and the sudden extra numbers of crew that needed rides, there was never any hesitation from you guys. Every emergency call I made to you was answered with a 'no problem', regardless of the time of day or night.
Please thank Rodney as well for being an integral part of our MTV team for the full four days. He worked so well with us and we couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of his professionalism as well as his vehicle.
Thank you for making my life easier and I look forward to working with Sunshine Shuttle on the next one!

Hi Elisa,
I wanted to take this time to make aware of the excellent job John Finch and his team delivered for our National Sales attendees. Specifically Donovan Lindo who not only was in constant contact with me at all hours of the day but always had a positive and together attitude along with always having everything organized and ready to deliver in a moments notice. A perfect example of this was an attendee who had a family emergency and needed to get home right away. I called Donovan and before we could get our attendee to the lobby there was a car ready to take him to the airport. He didn't have to wait and was very impressed of the fast and reliable service.
Chris at Sunshine Shuttle was always on top of things with changes, cancellations and the countless spreadsheets that I requested and she always had such a cheerful disposition which made working with her a pleasure.
Sunshine Shuttle went above and beyond all expectations and because of this our meeting was a huge success!! Congratulations to all!!

Sunshine Shuttles service was critical in helping us to restore power to more than 28,000 electric customers following the devastation of Hurricane Ivan. We brought in more than 200 crew members from other electric cooperatives and contractors to assist us in this monumental effort. We were unable to find lodging for many of them close to their assigned work sites. Your organization shuttled them safely and professionally from their lodging to meal sites, then on to work sites in the early morning hours. Your friendly and helpful staff picked them up in the late evening hours, shuttled them back to meal sites, then on to their lodging sites.
Work sites, lodging sites and meal sites changed frequently... sometimes on a daily basis. But your top-notch employees responded promptly and courteously to every demand made on them, many times at the last-minute. We found your entire staff to be pleasant and accommodating. Your organization made life a little easier for me, as the CHELCO coordinator of this effort, and for the crew members they served. For this, we are grateful. .
